What herbs go well with bread?
You can really experiment with different blends of herbs for this quick bread recipe. I chose to use dried thyme, rosemary, and oregano but you could add basil, fennel, tarragon, etc.
Should my herbs be fresh or dried?
You can use either! I chose to use dried because that’s what I had on hand but you can substitute in fresh herbs. I would suggest using less than what the recipe calls for if you choose fresh herbs just because the flavor will be stronger but that’s up to you and your preference.
