Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup – A fun spin on classic chicken noodle soup! Made with all of your favorite ingredients such as noodles, chicken, carrots, celery, and more with a dash of cream in the broth to make it creamy.
Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup
Chicken noodle soup is one of those classic go-to meals at my house. I love how it always is so perfectly comforting and delicious. One of my favorite spins on it is this creamy chicken noodle soup recipe which takes all of those basic chicken noodle soup ingredients and adds a bit of heavy cream to it so that you end up with a thick, creamy broth.
Now when I make it, I usually will go a little bit lighter on the broth so that it comes out like a thicker, almost stew-like consistency but if you add additional chicken broth or vegetable broth like the recipe calls for, it will be more soup like. Totally up to your preference on how thick you want it. Additionally, use any type of noodles that you like best. I prefer really thick egg noodle but any type will work.
