Venison Chili
One of the BEST things to do with venison (in my humble opinion) is to make chili with it! It is such a favorite that it was even served at my pre-wedding party last year and it disappeared so quickly!
Now this recipe can be made in the Instant Pot, slow cooker, or on the stovetop so it is totally up to you which you prefer. I switch between cooking methods depending on how much time I have to make the chili each time. You can also really adjust this recipe based on preference and add more beans, less beans, more tomato, etc. Experiment with it and see what you like best!

Notes
Can you use tomato purée instead of crushed tomatoes?
Went a little lite on the salt because the dr. Recommends it. But even the way I made it with 1/2 the salt still came out pretty damn good. Something I’d make again. I used instant pot and it was ready within 45mins of start.
