I will admit, I am a dinner roll hog during the holidays. With bread being basically my favorite food, I always am snagging extra rolls during any meal that they are out. Because of that, I know that I always have to bring extras to any holiday event and this year, it is going to be these cornmeal dinner rolls! Now it may sound crazy – cornmeal being used in a dinner roll – but hear me out, it adds just the right amount of texture and flavor to the rolls and they turn out tasting amazing!
